Kids Running
Sessions are designed to improve technique, coordination, agility and endurance, while having fun at the same time!
Private Sessions
In one-on-one sessions, or in a private group of family and/or friends, we can design a program that is specific to your goals.
Personal Programs
Whether you’re training for a specific race, need some structured training while you are going away or simply can’t make it to our group training, we can write you a personal training program that you can complete in your own time. We are always contactable by phone and email and will provide detailed feedback to ensure that you are well on the way to achieving your goals!
